[ADMIN] How do I reset a member account password?

If you are a current board member or a current CBC member, you can reset the passwords of a member account. Only do this in the following cases:
- The member is physically present ór
- The member contacted you through a known secure medium
Secure: sending an email to their email address registered in the member database
Non-secure: replying to an unknown email address
Secure: replying to a WhatsApp message from a contact you have used before
Non-secure: providing the new password over a phone conversation
To reset a password, perform the following steps
- Connect to GEWISVDESKTOP.gewis.nl using remote desktop
- Open the "Active Directory Users and Computers" module
- Open the organizational unit "Member accounts" and look for the correct member
- Right-click the correct member and perform a "Reset Password"
Please note that selecting "User must change password at next logon" will prevent the user from logging in. Instead, make sure the password is complicated enough that the user wants to change it. They can update it themselves using the instructions on https://support.gewis.nl/kb/faq.php?id=2
