Are you asked to sign in to your TU/e account each time you go to Canvas, TU/e webmail or another TU/e service?

By storing your TU/e account in Credential Manager, you will skip these prompts in trusted browsers. Make sure to store a "Windows Credential" for network address "sts.tue.nl" with your username in the format "TUE\20201234"  where the last 8 digits are your username.
