Logging into Microsoft Teams with your TU\e account on a GEWIS computer is a bit more cumbersome than doing it on your own PC. This support article will guide you through setting it up.
First open Microsoft Teams. Generally, there will be a shortcut on the desktop. If it is not present you can always access it through the Windows Start menu by searching for it. When it opens, you will be presented with the following screen. Press "Use another account or sign up".
You will then reach the the following screen. Enter your your username. For instance for Jane Doe, that would be firstname.lastname@example.org.
After clicking next, you will reach the following screen.
- As your username, fill in TUE\username. For Jane Doe, that would be TUE\email@example.com,
- Your password is the same as your normal password.
Finally, you reach this screen. Untick '"Allow my organization to manage my device" and then click on No, sign in to this app only.
You have successfully logged into Teams!
