Getting an account or email address on the GEWIS server sounds easy. However, to keep an overview of the needs for all organs centralized, the Internal Affairs Officer (or another board member on behalf of them) requests the appropriate account/permissions when this is needed. They are also making sure that the things that are requested are also listed in the committee regulations.
