Frequently Asked Question
You can do this in the mail management interface on https://mail.gewis.nl. Your credentials are the same as for the webmail.
On the "Mailbox details" tab you can set how often you receive quarantine notifications. You can also set whether you only want to receive quarantine notifications for messages that are in quarantine or also for spam that was moved to your junk folder.
On the "Spam filter" tab, you can set what scores will move your message to your inbox, what scores move a message to your junk folder and what scores will place a message into quarantine.
You can also update a whitelist/blacklist. Some entries cannot be removed. Those are set by us.
A message that is on the whitelist is highly likely to pass our spam filters. Please note however that there are other spam filters incoming messages pass through first.
